We are actively pursuing FDA registration and third-party clinical testing for large-scale validation. Halal certification is in progress, ensuring every step of what we make aligns with ethical, clean, and trusted standards.

Chloeyá was founded by Belle Mustafa after her personal experience with androgenetic alopecia exposed the gaps in how the industry approaches hair loss. What began as a private search for solutions became a deeper exploration into formulation science, scalp biology, and delivery systems. Dissatisfied with fear-driven marketing and one-dimensional approaches, she chose to build what she could not find. Something rooted in precision, restraint, and respect. Chloeyá was not created to dominate the conversation. It was created to make it safer.
